REGISTRATION AND CONFERENCE LANGUAGES

REGISTRATION

Participation in the Conference is to be registered by the completed Registration form sent via e-mail before 5 March 2010 as well as by a copy of the Conference fee payment document sent via e-mail or fax before 23 April 2010.

 

Registration Desk:

3 June 2010 from 8.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. at the School foyer, Administrative Building of VSU “Lyuben Karavelov” - Sofia.

 

 

CONFERENCE LANGUAGES

The official languages of the Conference are Bulgarian and English.

Working languages of the Conference are Bulgarian, Russian, English and German. The papers will be published in the way they are presented without any redaction.

CONFERENCE FEES

  Speaker (up to 2 papers) 90.00 EURO
  Student-participant (up to 2 papers)    50.00 EURO *
  Publication (up to 2 papers) 60.00 EURO

Note: Papers sent after 23.04.2010, for which conference fee has been paid,

will not be printed in the Conference Proceedings. They will be included in the Conference CD.

 

The full conference fee includes:

 

• Access to the Conference Sessions;

• Conference materials;

• A volume of the Conference Proceedings where the participant’s

  paper is published;

• Refreshment breaks;

• Transportation from/to hotels and the conference venue in the

  morning and at the end of the conference day;

• Attendance at the Welcome Reception on 3 June.

 

* Students must submit a letter from their supervisor at the time of their conference registration that confirms their status as a research student.

 

Fee for Publication:

 

This fee is to be paid when the participant is unable to attend the Conference but his/her paper has been accepted.

 

Applications for advertising, exhibition or company presentations during the Conference are welcome to be submitted in advance to the address for correspondence.

The participant’s first name, surname and the text: “Conference VSU’2010” should be indicated on the payment document!

Volumes of the Conference Proceedings are due to the authors whose name has been specified in the conference fee payment document. Co-authors do not receive their own particular volumes unless they have paid a separate registration fee.
