Formwork for the performance of walls and columns – elements, application,  design. Formwork systems for the implementation of slabs and beams. Props and formwork tables . Computer aided design of formwork and scaffolding - Programs ELPOS Peri, TIPOS Doka and etc. Formwork for the construction of buildings and structures with round walls and columns. Large dimensional formwork for buildings and facilities. Formwork for the construction of “cassette” floor structures. Climbing formwork for high buildings and facilities. Scaffolds - General characteristics and classification . Loadings and calculation of metal pipe scaffolds. Metal frame and protective scaffolds - planning and construction. Load bearing towers . Horizontal metal scafolds. Design of formwork with software ELPOS Peri.

Instruction method: Lectures. Seminars.

Assessment method: Examination test.
