Subject-matter unfolds as it deals with issues being specific for the different styles. Attention is drawn to social environment, which defines the nature of culture and architecture, also to the artistic criteria and composition techniques, typology, approach to and proportions of the relevant period. The emphasis is on the relationship between nature and architecture, as well as on the problems of environment.
Upon completion of the course students should have gained knowledge, skills and experience, that are to mold them as professionals having a wider insight into the past of the European culture and architecture.
