Nature, scope and objectives of Urban Planning. Classification, functional typification and primary structure of urban settlements. Urban Planning issue and analysis, development, zoning, technical infrastructure and engineering networks. Urban design – basic principles in the town planning of urban settlements, construction, street network, engineering and technical networks, types of junctions, town squares, pedestrian zones, parking lots and garages. Territory zoning of urban settlements – residential areas, central areas and areas of public service, production areas, recreational areas and sports facilities, green spaces, etc. Over the course a general urban development plan of a part of the settlement, a zoning plan and a construction plan are developed.
