Reconstruction and urban renewal, renewal problems connected to towns, pedestrian streets and areas, zoning the underground space. Current data for the impact of the urban environment, aesthetic problems of the urban environment, compositional techniques and principles.
The necessary analyses and technical-artistic criteria for the design of an industrial building are represented during the course: environment and non-conflicting construction; transport and engineering infrastructure (networks); functional-technological requirements; variants of planning and structural solutions (single-storey, two-storey and multi-storey buildings and premises).
