Main topics: Key assumptions and dependencies in TE. Types of stress and strain state. Plane task of the theory of elasticity. Plane stress state. Theory of thin plates. Basic relationships in the finite elements method. Solving the plane task of the finite elements method. Subject and tasks of the resistance of structures. Formulas of Euler critical parameter of straight bars under different support conditions. Subject and tasks of dynamics structures. Free and forced oscillations without damping of single degree of freedom. Free oscillations of systems with more degrees of freedom. Dynamic charts of internal forces. Investigation of building structures in the spectral method / under the rules for the design of buildings and structures in seismic areas. Concept of modal analysis in studies of structures of earthquake effects.
