Qualification Characteristics: the gradutes of this degree should be able to:
- practise efficient technical management of construction sites by completeing construction of high quality and on time according to the contracts;
- use project documents and to use their elements;
- use geodesy instruments with little or middle preciseness;
- carry out enterprising activity;
- prepare documents for construction offers, negotiations, planning and recording;
- participate in projects elaboration for buildings and installations;
- use normative documents on the professional sphere construction as well as the relevant scientific and reference literature;
- use modern computer technics and information technologies;
- use foreign language in their construction practice.
The Range of the technical qualification is defined by the law.
The Academic Curriculum, provides theoretical preparation that
- gives fundamental knowledge in: applied mathematics, mechanics (elements of the theoretical mechanics, materials resistance and construction statics) and geology ;
- specialized and technological preparation in: technical drawing, construction materials, geodesy, building construction, water-supply and dranage, soil mechanics and foundation, reinforced concrete, reinforced concrete structures, bridges construction, roadas, construction machines, construction technology and organization, labour safety and ecology, basics in accountings, construction enterprise management, construction economics and business planning and normative regulations in the construction;
- practical preparation;
- computer and language preparation for the realization in the profesional sphere.
The education ends with state examination
