The educational and qualification degree of Professional Bachelor is a degree of the professional higher education. That degree is awarded by the College of Construction at VSU after a 3-year full-time course of study / 3,5-year part-time course of study in the College.

Holders of that degree are allowed to continue their education at Bachelor’s level in compliance with the requirements of the Regulations of the respective higher school – VSU.
