Qualification Characteristics: the graduates in this program should be able to :
- provide technical management on construction sites;
- use project documents and their elements;
- use geodesic instruments with middle or little preciseness;
- prepare documents for offer, contracts, planning and construction records;
- participate in the preparation of renovation, confirmation, inner and outer forming of buildings;
- use normative documents from the construction professional sphere as well as the relative scientific and reference literature;
- use modern computer technics and information technologies;
- use foreign language in the construction practice;
The range of technical qualification is defined by law.
The Academic Curriculum provides theoretical preparation:
- that gives fundamental knowledge in: applied mathematics, mechanics (elements of the theoretical mechanics, strength of materials and construction statics), informatics and basic architecture;
- specialized composition and design, preparation in: technical drawing, construction materials, geodesy, buildings construction, water-supply and dranage, structures, construction machines, construction technology and organization, insulations, inner and outer forming of buildings, labour safety and ecology, basic accounting, enterprise managment, economics and business planning in construction and normative order in construction;
- practical preparation;
- computer and foreign language preparation.
The Education ends with State Examination.
