Sector “Conformity Assessments and Bulgarian Technical Approval” of VSU functions according to the Regulation on the Substantial Requirements and Conformity Assessment of Building Materials and Products. In the Sector have been established a Certification Unit, Bulgarian Technical Approval Unit and Testing Unit. The Sector has licenses from the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works for conformity assessments and issue of Bulgarian technical approval from 25.10.2004.
